Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Instructions for Returns:
Send an email to email@example.com with the word “RETURN” along with your order number in the subject line. Please provide a brief reason for the return, your contact email and shipping address.
Emails requesting a return must be received within 15 days of receiving your order.
Once your email is received we will confirm your return in a follow up email and provide our shipping address.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping chargers are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original form of payment.
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or store credit. If you need a different size, color or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
I Haven’t Received My Refund:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

Returning Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This does not apply to your first time purchase discount code.
We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen during shipping.
Please be aware that International orders may incur customs or import duty fees when your order arrives. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
